Description
Glebe Cottage is a house dating from 1750, marked by a datestone. It is constructed of regularly coursed ironstone rubble and features a steeply pitched 20th-century tile roof with stone coping on the right. There are two brick stacks, one on the left and another on a stone base at the ridge. The building has a two-unit plan and is a single storey plus attic, with a two-window range. To the right, there is a plank door with a moulded wood surround and a wooden lintel, topped by a 20th-century hood. To the left, there are two 2-light stone mullioned windows with hood moulds and label stops. The attic contains two 2-light stone mullioned windows without hood moulds, and the windows are fitted with wrought iron casement fasteners. The interior has not been inspected.
