Description
Traherne House is an 18th-century house located in Barford St. Michael. It is constructed from regularly coursed ironstone rubble and features a Welsh slate roof with three brick stacks positioned to the left and along the ridge. The house has a three-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic, presenting a three-window range.
The entrance, located to the left, consists of a 20th-century panelled door that includes three glazed panels and a wooden lintel. To the left of the door is a two-light casement window with a wooden lintel, while to the right are three three-light casement windows, also with wooden lintels. In the attic, there are three three-light wooden casement windows. The house is situated on a curved corner site. The interior has not been inspected.
