2/6 Dragon Cottage (formerly listed as Cross Roads) 23.3.60

GV II Two cottages, now one. C18, rebuilding dates recorded on datestone on front; HP/1831 and KW/1972. Dressed limestone, brick and flint, thatched roof with gable end brick stacks. Two- storey, 3-window. Central, C20 planked door in gabled porch, blocked doorway and 3-light casement either side. First floor has 3-light casement either side of 2-light casement. Left return is windowless. Rear wall is obtuse-angled with 3-light and 2-light casements to ground and first floor. Interior has open fireplace with chamfered lintel on brick jambs, timber-framed partitions and chamfered beams.
