Description

The Hill is a semi-detached cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of painted dressed limestone and rubble stone, topped with a thatched roof featuring a brick stack on the right and a coped verge. The cottage is single-storey with an attic and has two windows. A central planked door is set in a gabled porch supported by posts with consoles, flanked by three-light casements on either side. In the attic, there are two eyebrow dormers, each containing a pair of two-light casements, along with one three-light casement. The right side of the building has a single-storey brick extension from the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
