Description

This is a house dating to around 1830, located on the south side of Paragon Street, Ramsgate. It is rendered and has a slate roof. The building is three storeys high, set on a plinth, and topped with a parapet. The upper floors have two glazing bar sashes, each with a cambered head. A shallow, bowed oriel window sits on the ground floor. A half-glazed door is positioned to the left of the ground floor, featuring a semi-circular fanlight within a moulded and keyed surround, complete with moulded jambs. The building is listed for its contribution to the street's group value.
