Description
No. 73 is a house located on Addington Street in Ramsgate, dating from around 1830. It is constructed of stock brick, partly rendered, and features a tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high with a basement, showcasing a rusticated base and a parapet, along with a stack at the rear.
On the second floor, there is a sash window with intact vertical glazing bars and a rendered head. The house has a two-storey canted bay with moulded panels beneath the sashes. To the right, there is a boarded door with a semi-circular fanlight set in a moulded surround, accessed by two steps. The basement area is enclosed with swept rails, simple rails, and a wrought gate.
