The building is four storeys high, with a basement and attic, featuring a mansard roof with a parapet. There is one flat-roofed dormer window and chimney stacks to the left and right. The third floor has two sash windows; the second floor features three sashes, all with gauged heads. The first floor has two full-height sash windows and a central French door, accompanied by a verandah supported by simple piers and featuring wrought iron valancing and a panelled Gothic balustrade. Two sashes are present on the ground floor, with a four-panel door to the right, topped with a rectangular fanlight and flanked by attached Doric columns with a cornice, leading up a flight of six steps. A sash window with vertical glazing bars and a half-glazed outer door are located at basement level. Spearhead rails are present.
