Description

Nos. 75 and 77 are a pair of houses built around 1830, located on the west side of Addington Street in Ramsgate. They are constructed from stock brick and feature a slate roof, rising three storeys above a basement with a parapet. Each house has two full-height bow windows, with two glazing bar sashes on each floor; however, only No. 75 has vertical glazing bars. To the right of the bows, there is a boarded door and a glazed door, both topped by a semi-circular fanlight. The entrance steps consist of three steps to the left and two to the right, accompanied by simple swept rails leading to the steps and basement areas, which are enclosed by wrought gates.
