Description

Nos. 2 and 4 are a pair of houses dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed of stock brick, with No. 4 being painted, and feature a slate roof. The buildings rise three storeys above a basement and have a parapet with a central stack. On the second and first floors, there are two sash windows with vertical glazing bars. The ground floor includes two bow windows with tripartite glazing bar sashes. There are half-glazed doors on the left and two on the right, all topped with semi-circular gauged heads. The basement has half-glazed doors and glazing bar sashes, and simple rails lead to the steps and area.
