RAMSGATE CHURCH ROAD TR 3865 SW (east side) 9/95 No. 1 and railed area GV II Terrace house. 1830's. Rendered with slate roof. Three storeys and basement with parapet and stack to left. Two C20 wooden casements on 2nd floor, 2 glazing bar sashes on 1st floor and sash on ground floor with door of 6 panels, to right, the top 2 glazed, in semi-circular surround with single step. Sash to basement. Simple rails to basement area, with baluster finial principals. Included for group value.
