Description
No. 15 is a terrace house dating to approximately 1816 in Ramsgate. It is rendered and has a slate roof, with a parapet and a stack to the left. The house has four storeys and a basement. The upper two floors each have two sash windows. The ground floor features a bow with two sash windows and a half-glazed door to the right, approached by four steps with a semi-circular fanlight above. There is a sash and half-glazed outer door to the basement. The first floor has two 20th-century French windows and a verandah with oval-pattern cast iron piers, scrolls, and a balustrade.
