Description
No. 7 is a terrace house located on Nelson Crescent in Ramsgate, built between 1798 and 1801. The building is constructed of rendered brick and features a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall with a basement, showcasing a rusticated ground floor and a parapet at the roof with a stack positioned to the left.
On the second and third floors, there are three sash windows, while the first floor has three French windows that open onto a three-bay verandah. This verandah is adorned with cusped valancing, a wooden balustrade, and simple wooden brackets. The ground floor includes two keyed segmentally headed sashes, alongside a half-glazed door to the right, which is topped by a semi-circular fanlight and accessed by a flight of three steps. The basement features two sashes and another half-glazed door. The property is enclosed by spear head railings with urn-finial principals.
