Description
This is a terrace house, likely dating to around 1816. It is rendered and has a slate roof. The building is four storeys high, with a basement and attic, topped by a parapet. Chimneys are located on the left and right sides, and a flat-roofed dormer is present. The second and third floors have two sash windows each. The first floor features two French windows, supported by a verandah with pierced piers, wrought iron valancing and geometric wrought iron rails. A bow window extends across the basement and ground floor, featuring two sashes with vertical glazing bars and a half-glazed door to the right. A flight of five steps leads to the door, which has a semi-circular fanlight within a moulded surround. There is also a sash and half-glazed outer door to the basement. Spearhead rails are a feature. Further historical details can be found in listing reference 19/284.
