It stands four storeys high with a basement, and has a parapet to the roof with stacks on the left and right sides. The second and third floors feature two sashes with segmental pediments. On the first floor are two French windows with a verandah that features oval-pattern pierced piers, scrolled brackets to the roof, and a scrolled and bifurcated balustrade. A bow window extends across the basement and ground floor, incorporating two sashes and a door with oval and Greek key panelling, a semi-circular fanlight, and leading to a flight of five moulded steps.
