Description

No. 10 Broad Street is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of stock brick and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, featuring a parapet and a hipped roof, with chimney stacks located at the rear. The front has a regular arrangement of windows, with three glazing bar sashes on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all having painted heads. The central entrance door consists of six panels and is set within a double rebated semi-circular headed surround, with three steps leading up to it. To the left of the main door is a glazed door in a similar surround, while there is a basement opening to the right and a blocked opening to the left.
