Description
No. 3 is a house built around 1810, located on the southeast side of Hardres Street in Ramsgate. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a rendered return elevation, topped with a plain tiled roof. It stands three storeys high with a basement and features a parapet at the roofline. There are stacks on the left side and a projecting, truncated stack on the right. The second floor has two glazing bar sash windows, while the first floor has a glazing bar sash window on the left and a two-storey canted bay window on the right. To the left of the building, there is a half-glazed door set in a keyed semi-circular surround. The basement includes a half-glazed door and a sash window, both with simple railings.
