Description

No. 44 Abbot's Hill is a house dating from around 1830, constructed of stock brick. It stands three storeys tall with a basement and features a parapet and a stack on the right side. The second floor has two blank window spaces, while the ground and first floors each have two segmentally headed glazing bar sash windows. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a six-panel door with a painted surround and two steps leading up to it. There is also a basement opening to the right.
