Description

This is a terrace house, built between 1789 and 1790 in Ramsgate. The front is rendered brick, with exposed brick visible at the rear and sides. It has a slate roof. The house is four storeys high with a basement, and features a rusticated base and a parapet, along with a stack on the left side. The upper floors have three sash windows each. The first floor has two sash windows and a central French window, accompanied by a verandah with a geometric wooden railing, including Gothick pattern bars. The ground floor has two sash windows and a half-glazed door to the right, above which is a semi-circular fanlight, with five steps leading up to it. The basement has two sash windows, a railed area with spear-head detailing, and urn finial principals.
