Description
Little Earlylands is a restored 17th century farmhouse located on the west side of Marlpit Hill in Edenbridge. The entrance front features two storeys with three windows in the original part of the building. It has a half hipped tiled roof with a ridge stack and tiled gable ends. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is made of brick with a rubble plinth. There is a gabled porch in a one-bay left extension constructed of random rubble with red brick dressings. The windows are square paned leaded casements. To the right, there is a projecting modern one-storey extension. The garden front includes a modern wing that matches the materials and style of the original building, as well as a tiled loggia supported by wooden posts on the left.
