Description

Charcotts Farmhouse is a 2-story, 2-window farmhouse of what appears to be 18th-century date, although it incorporates an older timber-frame core. It has a hipped tiled roof. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is brick. A large chimney with offsets is situated at the right end of the building; there are also two smaller chimneys on the left return, along with some small lean-to extensions. The windows are replaced sash windows with glazing bars in near-flush moulded frames. A 6-panel door, with a top glazed panel, is set under a flat hood.
