Description

The Cottage is an 18th-century building located in Chiddingstone Causeway. It is a two-storey cottage with two windows and features a high-pitched tiled roof. The right end has a chimney with tumbled brick offsets. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is made of red brick decorated with a diaper pattern of blue headers. The windows are 19th-century square paned casements. There is a small gabled trellis porch that leads to a plain plank door.
