GV II

Vicarage now private house. Early C19. Brick and stucco with incised lines, roof slated. Square building with early C20 additions to rear. Front 2 storey, 3 bay, with slightly projecting flanking bays either side of centre bay with C19 door under timber latticed verandah with lead tented roof. In wings long 12-pane sash windows. Above 3 9-pane sash windows. Roof hipped and low pitched with projecting eaves and lead ridges. To left end is large yew hedge with 2 large holly bushes, screening of garden front. Interior mainly early C19, hall altered but staircase behind is C19 with barley sugar balustrades, plain hand rail, cast iron newel, dado panelling and pointed Gothick tall stairlight.
