Description
The Old Vicarage is a former vicarage that has been converted into a private dwelling, dating from the early 19th century. It features stone walls that are stuccoed and painted, with a plat band between the ground and first floors. The building has slate roofs with both hipped and gabled ends, and rendered brick stacks located at the ridge, to the right of the center and at the right-hand gable.
The structure is two storeys high. The east elevation includes a two-storey segmental bay, positioned to the left of center, which is topped with a gable. There are five window sashes with thin glazing bars and stone cills, along with a small sash window in the gable of the segmental bay. The front door, located on the south end wall, features plain pilasters and a moulded cornice. This door is a two-leaf design, panelled at the bottom and glazed above, dating from the 19th century.
Inside, the layout is L-shaped, with the main range running north to south and comprising three rooms. The staircase is situated in the re-entrant angle of the plan.
