Description
Bluebell Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It features a timber frame with colour washed brick infill and a thatched roof. The building is positioned end on to the road and has one and a half storeys, standing on a plinth with three bays. The road-facing bay is from the 18th century and has timber scantling. On the left side, there are two small 2-light casements in the 18th-century bay and a 20th-century 2-light casement in the other bays. Each bay has an eyebrow dormer, each containing a 4-light casement, with a larger dormer in the center. The roof is half-hipped, featuring a ridge piece with a ridge stack at the end of the 18th-century bay and a hip stack at the far end. At the far end, there is a tiled brick lean-to with a tiled porch.
