Description

Cobbs Farm is a cottage dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It features a timber frame encased in colourwashed brick and has a thatched roof with brick stacks. The building is 1½ storeys high and consists of three bays. There is a 20th-century hipped tiled brick porch located to the right of the centre bay, with a door positioned at the right end. The windows are 19th-century, consisting of one and two-light leaded casements. Above the right and centre bays, there are eyebrow dormers. The roof is half-hipped, with a large ridge stack situated to the right of centre and another stack on the left hip.
