Description

Keepers is a cottage dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It features a timber frame encased in colourwashed brick and has a thatched roof. The building is 1½ storeys high and has two bays, with a brick bay and a lean-to added to the left and another lean-to added to the right. The entrance door is located in the left of the centre bay. Each bay has three-light camber headed casements, and there are eyebrow dormers above with two and three-light casements. The roof is half hipped and includes a large 18th-century external stack at the right end and a stack over the left bay.
