  1. House extensively restored or rebuilt circa early C20. 2 storeys and dormer with a Dutch gable. 2 sash windows both on north and west elevations. Ground floor rendered, top floor brick, pantiled roof with Dutch end gable. 2 small round windows. West elevation has an oriel window on the upper floor. This house presents an important focus to the groups on both East Street and on Market Street.

La Rochelle, Chequer, Cannon House, The Vicarage & Nos 16 to 19 (consec) form a group.
