Description

Two small 18th-century houses are located at 12 and 13 Market Street. They are two storeys and have an attic, each featuring one window and one dormer. The houses are built of painted brick and have a dentil eaves cornice and a tiled roof. A bay window has been added to the ground and first floors of each house. The bay window of No. 12 is covered by a pointed lead canopy, while the bay window of No. 13 has a dentil cornice. Flat hoods are located over the doorways and are supported by brackets. The doors are modern. Numbers 8 to 15 Market Street form a visually cohesive group.
