Description
Hill Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the south side of Exmouth Place. The building is cement rendered with a slate roof and gabled ends. It is two storeys high and one window wide, featuring sash windows without glazing bars. A pilastered doorway with an open pediment and rectangular fanlight is situated to the right, leading to a panelled door. Mid-19th century iron area railings are also included. The cottage is listed for group value, alongside number 10.
