Description

Sea Gulls is a late 18th-century building located on Hill Street. The ground floor is finished in stucco, while the first floor is clad in clapboard. It features a tiled hipped roof with one old gabled dormer and stands three storeys tall. Each floor has one sash window with vertical glazing bars, and there is a moulded eaves cornice. The left-hand return of the first floor is tile hung and includes a doorway with a moulded hood. At the rear, there is a wing with a high mansard tiled roof. Sea Gulls is part of a group that includes Nos 8 to 12 and No 12A.
