Description

16 Dolphin Street is a late 18th to early 19th century building of three storeys, rendered in stucco. It has a hipped roof covered in tiles, featuring a moulded eaves cornice with brick modillions. A single sash window with glazing bars remains intact on both the first and second floors. The front door has a moulded surround with an entablature supported by consoles. The six-panel door is reached by two steps, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. The property is part of a group that includes numbers 12 to 18 Dolphin Street.
