Description
17 and 18 Dolphin Street are early to mid 19th century buildings that stand two storeys high with a basement, constructed from painted brick. They feature a half-hipped tiled roof with a central chimney. Each building has one sash window with intact glazing bars and segmental-headed windows. The entrances are round-headed door recesses with straight-headed doors. Notably, No 17 has an original six-panel door, with the middle pair cut away and glazed. These buildings, along with Nos 12 to 18, form a cohesive group.
