Description

No. 3 Dolphin Street is a late 18th century to early 19th century building that stands three storeys tall with a basement, constructed from red brick. The ground floor features a sash window with intact glazing bars, while the lower floors have segmental heads. The entrance consists of a five-panel door that is recessed and accessed by four steps, with the top three panels cut away and glazed. This property, along with Nos 1 to 11 Dolphin Street, forms a group with No. 164 Middle Street.
