Description
This is a late 18th-century building on Dolphin Street. It is three storeys high and constructed of red brick, with a tiled roof and a projecting eaves cornice. The lower floors have sash windows with segmental heads, and the glazing bars remain intact. A recessed doorcase features moulded pilasters with Gothick heads and a narrow projecting hood. The building has a cement plinth. It forms a group with numbers 1 to 11 on Dolphin Street and number 164 Middle Street.
