Description

The Prince Albert Public House is a mid-19th century corner building located at the junction of Middle Street and Alfred Square. It stands three storeys tall with a basement, featuring a stuccoed exterior and a parapet with stone coping. Each side of the building has one sash window and one blank space, along with a curved bay at the corner. The glazing bars of the windows are intact. The pub front, characteristic of the mid-19th century, includes pilasters. The building is part of a group with Nos 161 to 189 (odd) and also forms a group with Nos 187 and 189 alongside Nos 9 to 13 on Alfred Square.
