Description

12 Alfred Square is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of red brick. It features a tiled roof with one dormer. The façade includes three sash windows that have verticals only. On the left side, there is a doorcase adorned with a pediment and two pilasters. Additionally, there is a late 19th century shopfront. This building, along with Nos 9 to 13 Alfred Square, forms a group with Nos 187 and 189 Middle Street.
