Description

15 Griffin Street is a mid to late 18th century building that stands two storeys tall with attics, constructed of red brick. It features a tiled roof with a dormer. The façade includes two sash windows set within moulded architraves, which retain their glazing bars. On the left side, there is a doorcase adorned with pilasters and an entablature, leading to a six-fielded panelled door, where the top two panels have been cut away and replaced with glazing. The interior is panelled and includes a fireplace and a curved cupboard. This building is part of a group with Nos 13 to 17.
