Description

17 Griffin Street is a late 17th century to early 18th century building that features two storeys, a basement, and attics, all finished in stucco. The roof includes one dormer and a Dutch-shaped gable end. The façade has two sash windows with thick glazing bars and a plinth at the base. On the right side, there is a doorcase adorned with reeded pilasters, an entablature, and a flat hood. The entrance consists of a two-panelled door with two steps leading down to the street. This building, along with Nos 13 to 17, forms a cohesive group.
