The roof is tiled, with a rendered parapet on one side, and features a shaped gable with brick dressings facing the street. One sash window with original glazing bars remains. A stringcourse runs above the ground floor. The entrance features a moulded doorcase with a small hood, and a four-panelled door with the top two panels cut away and glazed. The building is part of a group of six, numbers 12 to 18, which are considered to have group value.
