Description

This is a mid-19th century building on Dolphin Street. It is two storeys with an attic and a basement, and is stuccoed. The roof is tiled, with a modern dormer window. The front has one window. A bay window extends from the first floor, featuring moulded pilasters at the corners. The ground floor window has a flat lintel and a vermiculated keystone. The glazing bars are missing. A door is set back two steps and has a matching keystone and projecting surround. Wooden shutters are present on the ground floor. Numbers 1 to 11 Dolphin Street form a group with number 164 Middle Street.
