Description

This is an 18th-century building comprising numbers 10 and 11 Dolphin Street. It is two storeys high with an attic and basement, and has an old tiled roof with modern dormers and an overhanging eaves cornice. Each property features one sash window with intact glazing bars. The front doors are six-panelled and moulded, with the upper two panels of number 10 cut away and glazed. Numbers 1 to 11 Dolphin Street form a group with 16 Dolphin Street.
