Description

These are two 18th-century buildings, numbers 24 and 26 Bridge Street. They are two storeys and have an attic. Number 24 has three flush-frame sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The roof is covered with pantiles and has two casement dormers. Number 24 is built of brick, which has been colourwashed, with an altered ground floor featuring shop windows. Number 26 is faced with stucco and features a shop with a wooden case. Numbers 2, 4, 6A, 12 to 20 (even), 24 to 34 (even), 40 to 44 (even), 48 and 50 Bridge Street form a group.
