Description

Forres House is a mid-19th century building located on Beach Street, specifically No. 193. It is two storeys high with a basement and is finished in stucco. The building features a parapet and a moulded cornice. On the first floor, there are two one-light canted bay windows, while the ground floor has two altered windows. The side elevation includes four sash windows, one of which is blank, and a round-headed doorcase.
