Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Beach Street. It is a three-storey structure with a basement, originally stuccoed, and topped with a hipped tiled roof. The second floor features three sash windows with intact glazing bars. The first floor has two single-light canted bays. On the ground floor are two sash windows with shutters, and a central doorcase, which is distinguished by a cornice, pilasters, panelled reveals, and a rectangular fanlight. Number 191 forms a group with numbers 183 to 199 (odd).
