Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Beach Street. It is three storeys high and is now faced with stucco. The original sash windows have lost their glazing bars. A simple, round-headed surround frames the front door. Numbers 157 to 161 (the odd numbers) and Number 165 form a distinct group.
