Description

The Deal Cutter is a building located on Beach Street, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is two storeys high and has a roughcast exterior. The roof is tiled and features one dormer. The building has two sash windows with only vertical divisions. There is applied eclectic pseudo timber-framing on the facade. The ground floor includes a later window and a later 19th-century door on the right side. The Deal Cutter is part of a group that includes Nos 167 to 175 (odd) and No 179.
