Description

The Noggin is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Silver Street. It stands three storeys high with a basement, and its exterior is finished in stucco. The front features two sash windows set within moulded architraves. To the right, there is a doorcase with an open pediment and plain pilasters, leading to a six-panelled door, where the top two panels have been cut away and glazed. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 6, which are consecutive.
