Description

No. 169 Beach Street is a mid to late 19th century building that stands two storeys high. It features roughcast walls with applied pseudo timber-framing and has a tiled roof with one dormer. On the first floor, there is a later 19th century four-light diamond-paned oriel window with mullions and a transom. The ground floor has a four-light window with mullions and a transom, along with a simple doorcase on the right side. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 167 to 175 (odd) and No. 179.
