Description
No 2 Abbey Inn Yard is a building dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It has two storeys and attics, and is rendered on brick. The building features a sloped dormer and has two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on the top storey. On the ground floor, there is one fixed window with an opening light, set under a slightly segmental arch, along with a plain door also beneath a slightly segmental arch. To the right of the door, there is a small window. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 3 (consecutive) and Nos 8 and 19, forming a cohesive architectural context with the Little Angel Public House and Nos 20 to 27 (consecutive) on Flowergate.
