Description

13 Dolphin Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a parapet with stone coping. The front has one sash window set within moulded architraves, and all windows are fitted with shutters. The entrance boasts a moulded doorcase with an entablature supported by consoles, leading to a six-fielded panelled door that is accessed by two steps.
